We had an incredible time at this resort! The upgrades we received were a delightful surprise, and the thoughtful touches for our anniversary made it even sweeter. The amenities are absolutely perfect for families, with loads of fun activities and beautiful spaces to enjoy. However, I would have loved for there to be more kids' evening activities, as we wanted some time to relax without the kids nearby.

However, the experience was marred by the overwhelming presence of children, which detracted from the romantic getaway we had envisioned. The service was generally good, especially with one standout employee who made our visit memorable. The dining could use some improvement in variety at breakfast, which didn't quite meet expectations.

However, the service can be hit or miss, particularly at busy times, and the dining prices can be quite high for what you get. Despite some service issues and high food prices, many families, like ours, enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere and engaging activities.
